WHO WE ARE
The Jaguar Business Club (now the merge of three clubs of the SWC School of Business: Global Economics Club, Accounting Club, and Real Estate Club) is a chartered member of the Inter-Club Council (I.C.C.) at Southwestern College (SWC) since Spring 2025, dedicated to promoting a deeper understanding of real estate investing and development, trading and portfolio management, wealth-building strategies, business contracts, and legal compliance.
Our goal is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex and ever-changing landscape of economics and similar fields such as accounting, business administration, CIS, and more. Through guest speakers, presentations, debates, and other interactive activities, we aim to create a dynamic and engaging learning experience for all members.
Student life
At Jaguar Business Club meetings and tournaments, you will begin to see familiar faces. These are the students who share your interest and passion in the world of entrepreneurship. Eventually, you’ll notice that many of these faces will become life-long connections, which we aspire to have you carry on with you post your time at SWC.
Jaguar Real Estate Group LLC
The Jaguar Real Estate Group (JREIG) is a member-driven limited liability corporation (LLC) formed to provide students with a practical, real-world investment experience. Meetings for this cohort of students usually consist of acquiring, managing, and flipping at least one real estate contract within 90 days for profit, as well as allowing members to apply for leadership and operational roles within JREIG, such as acquisitions, underwriting, marketing, and project management. JREIG also prioritizes distributing profits according to signed JREIG Participation Agreements.
As of February 2026, we have raised over $1m to offer internship programs with the Jaguar Real Estate Investment Group, where interns will get hands-on experience reaching out to real-life investors. Our members learn how to build investor relationships, while simultaneously learning how capital raising works in the real world
JREIG operates as an independent legal entity and is not affiliated with Southwestern College, the Inter-Club Council (I.C.C.), or the Jaguar Business Club’s financial accounts.
