This Week at JBC

Announcements:

  • Kickoff meeting will be taking place Wednesday, September 24 from 12-1pm at building 25-106 in the Chula Vista Main Campus

  • Jaguar Business Club is officially chartered as of September 17 for the FALL 2025 Semester

  • Jaguar Real Estate Investment Group LLC (JREIG) to file Regulation D registration by private placements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

  • Five members have officially enrolled for the Harvard Global Case Competition and the Fed Challenge 2025-2026

  • Flyers and business cards are in process of being marked effective

  • Our CVP Income statements, master budget, and balance sheets are under development, to be filed with ASO by Club Fair

    • Club fair will be taking place September 23, from 10am-1pm outside the Student Union Hall

Executive Orders:

  • President Charles Murrey issued Executive Order No. 1 clarifying the chain of command and the roles of executive leadership within the Jaguar Business Club. The order affirms that only the roles of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Vice Treasurer, and Secretary are recognized as Executive Officers. All other roles, such as managers or coordinators, may be appointed to support club functions but do not hold executive authority. Members were advised to follow the structure and direct all questions to the President.
