ABOUT

Charles Murrey – President & ICC Representative, Jaguar Business Club

Born and raised in the beautiful Monterey Bay, California, Charles Murrey’s journey began with a strong academic foundation. In fifth grade, his grandmother enrolled him and his sister in Sacred Heart and later Palma, both private schools, where he was mentored by exceptional teachers and experienced tremendous personal and academic growth.

Charles is a real estate professional, attorney-in-fact, and investment banker with an extensive background spanning law, investment banking, political science, and finance. He began his real estate journey as a New York State–licensed real estate appraiser before transitioning into roles as an investor, developer, and private equity professional.

Previously, Charles was a top-producing California-licensed real estate agent and later served as a corporate sales trainer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, overseeing training and sales development across 23 franchise locations in Southern California under the Mulhearn Group.

An avid traveler and global thinker, Charles has visited over 30 countries and spent the last six years as a digital nomad, living in locations such as Bali, Mexico and Thailand. His love for the coast, nature, and culture continues to inspire his vision as a leader and innovator.

Currently, Charles is pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMI) certification while completing his undergraduate studies at Southwestern College. His long-term academic goal is to attend law school and deepen his expertise in business, finance, and commercial law.

As President of the Jaguar Business Club, Charles leads initiatives designed to empower students with real-world financial literacy, investment strategies, and entrepreneurial skills. He is also the founder of Jaguar Real Estate Investment Group LLC and the Jaguar Business Club Endowment Trust Fund, which supports long-term student success, investment education, and sustainable wealth-building opportunities for the Southwestern College community.
